Terms and Conditions – Djerba Inn

Welcome to Djerba Inn. By booking a stay at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations and Payment

All bookings require a valid credit card or payment in advance to confirm your reservation.

Prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge unless stated otherwise in your booking conditions.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night’s stay will be charged.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets are only allowed if confirmed in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Liability

Djerba Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

6. Extra Services

Additional services such as airport transfers, excursions, or spa treatments must be booked in advance and may have separate terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Tunisian courts.
